How do I get access to this program, and for how long?
Skin is an incredibly huge subject that can be overwhelming - I get it. That's why I start the course by sharing the basics - simple things you might have never learned about your skin, along with easy-to-follow "do's and don'ts." (Some of them you can implement immediately, even without buying anything!) You'll learn why your skin behaves the way it does! Then, you can move on to areas you want to focus on and take your time!
I was never taught about skincare, and I am just starting to take care of my skin. I don't want to be overwhelmed. Help!
Most of the videos are between 25-45 minutes long. You can speed them up or slow them down, pause, skip or rewind. They have closed captions so you can watch them quietly too! You can watch them all in order or jump around to watch first the videos that pertain to your own skin issues and problems. Some of my students jump in and print out all of the Skin care routines and cheat sheets first, to get an overview of what they can do first to start seeing positive changes in their skin. There is no right or wrong way to go through the program.
How long will it take me to watch the videos? I only have a little time to invest.
Certain skincare truths never change, no matter what age we are, but Nude Skin is optimized for those 40 and up.
